More on news This national conference was held as a part of the 75th year of Indias independence celebrations. Conference was organized by CSIR-National Institute of Science Communication & Policy Research (CSIR-NIScPR) in association with Vigyan Prasar, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India and Vijnana Bharati (VIBHA). The conference was focused on science as tool for subjugation and liberations, the roles of scientists, institutions, movement, policy and planning and the vision of scientists were also discussed.
